What an amazing system! My experience is in the health arena so I'll comment on that. There are some integrated systems in the US, but not many (i.e. Michigan). Your data is already tracked, just not in a coordinated fashion. If only we could track children by leveraging data systems already in place in this country, we could avoid unnecessary deaths: state Early Intervention Programs <--> DCF (child abuse) <--> Educational System. From a public health/health data architecture perspective, we're headed in that direction anyway.

My main concern here really is not in the history but the access. I have to wonder how secure it is. I think it's not secure, given some kids get extra security added to them, apparently celebrity kids and even some of the governments' kids.

I'm not sure what exactly that means to me, but it does seem like the racists and bigots are out in full force today.

The British were the most bloodthirsty and vile establishment to ever exist on this planet. They fed on the blood of millions and one day they will hopefully get what they deserve, especially now that their former slaves are becoming world powers.
