Accidentally got my real name on it 🙁

I just want to watch videos anonymously and not log in to my google account. Does anyone know how to do this? Whenever gmail is logged in and I go to youtube in a new tab, it auto logs into the google plus. I blocked youtube from setting cookies but now I can't read all the crappy comments. dicks

This isn't even first world problems, this is just straight up whining.

You enjoy reading the comments? No wonder you are so mad about having to attach your name to what is easily the most mindless drivel on the internet.

Seems appropriate:

Your original information should still be there. Just go to the top right, click on the down arrow, go to switch user and select the page that isn't your personal information. Sometimes, Google likes to switch me back to the YouTube page with my real info on it, which doesn't have any subscriptions. When that happens, you just swap it back again.

If you don't have another Page listed to switch to, just go to Google+ and create one on the Google+ Dashboard.

Haha I understand that they knew who I was the whole time. That wasn't the problem. I just wanted to have a user name instead of my name for youtube. So I figured since they were forcing this change, than I would stop logging in so they can't get marketing data from me. But I forgot that it's all tied together now and when I check my gmail and then check youtube it auto logs me in and they still get the info. I changed firefox to prevent youtube cookies so now I can look at youtube without being logged in; however, youtube decided that without cookies it's impossible to display comments :colbert: which are usually worthless but sometimes funny.

It's a guilty pleasure of mine to read those comments too, I'm not going to judge. 😉

I guess I set up my channel name well before this real name stuff came about. I rather like my channel name, so when it first had me link to my G+ account I was mad, until I realized how easy it was to change and exclusively use the channel name from that point on.

I don't have anything to hide so I am not really the paranoid privacy type anyways, although I abstain from FB and twitter for the reason that I am still somewhat of a private person.

I use a fake name with my account... Unfortunately, I also have AdSense hooked to that account with direct deposit, so not only do they have my full legal name, they have my address and bank account. Not even Microsoft has all that shit (unless they spy on my browser)...
