Speaking of which, I just spent the last few hours reading a few chapters of "Absolution Gap" by Aalstair.

I would have to say, so far I've been a little dissapointed. It just isn't keeping my attention like Revelation Space, Chasm City, and Redemption Ark did.

There's a lot more typos in this novel, and Alastair rushed through character development with several new people, but I really don't find them that interesting to the main story. I'm a little over halfway now, and I hope he redeems himself.
