Do you think if they should make a Dark Angel movie? I always wondered if they ever would. Not sure if it would be a good idea or not. What do you all think? I loved the series. with series 1 being the best in my opinion.
 
Haven't seen the show since it went off the air.
A movie might be interesting but it would have to be significantly more ingenious than the odd stories for the second season.

It's not targeted at us. The only reason 90% of ATOTers know about it is because it stars Jessica Alba. You know, the one featured in 8 threads a day until Lindsey Lohan showed up?

First season of Dark Angel was good.

Second one was not good.

Then there was no more 🙁

Now i haven't seen her nearly enough.
 
eh naw. taped like half of the premier, started watching it... stopped half way. she was better in that flipper show.

Exactly.

A movie would be difficult to do because the Second Season was
so bad. They had too many plot lines and nothing was tied up.
A movie would be there to basically tie up the ending of the
Second season and I really don't think would fare well at the
box office.

That's more or less how it was for me. Just not... uh, good, I guess.
 
Yeah season 1 was ten times better. Even James Cameron couldn't save it (he directed the season 2 finale)... FOX just pulled the plug... (Friday night 9pm timeslot didn't help either). Alba has been quoted as saying Max (her character) is done. She is onto bigger things (3 movies in the next year coming out). I miss catching her weekly, but the show was going nowhere pretty fast. She also said she didn't enjoy the hard hours doing that role.

BTW, here's her cameo in Entourage last week. (~4MB).
 
^ I wasn't naked. I can't do nudity. I have body doubles... I just can't do it. I don't know - it's like.. the future husband... the kids... later... I don't know but I can't do naked. - on her upcoming role on Sin City playing a stripper.

Here's what's wrong with this mentality. An actress goes naked on tv/movies/magazines and we automatically think her career is going downhill and she needed the money and there's no respect for that person anymore... tell me that's not true... tell me that isn't the general consensus, especially in threads we've seen here. So which way do we want it ?
