Seems very petty and childish to me. "You made fun of me, so I'm not talking to you anymore!" Geez, come on people, how extreme do you have to get? Too many people are acting like 8-year-old kids over this war, and what does it make them look like?

at least there are people in europe that aren't so obsessed with challenging US leadership. What I don't understand is why france wants a multipolar world? They had that in 19th century Europe and there was a war almost every other day. When we had a bi-polar world (Cold War), there were less wars. No that we have a uni-polar world. THere are even less wars. On top of that, the US has democratic and capitalistic interests for every nation. Which means that if they prosper, we prosper.

The french have their head so far up their ass that it's squeezing the life-blood out of it and making them make irrational decisions.

there can only be one leader in any situation. Look around you. There is no such thing as multiple leaders. Only one. On a global scale, this is much more important. Remember back during the Kosovo Wars? That was a war by consensus. It was also a disaster. If you don't like being lead, then you europeans should have learned a lesson from your own past and not restart those tribal conflicts (WWI and WWII) that ended up killing over 50 million people and almost destroying the Jewish population in Europe.

Update on the Danish Pizzeria owner.

Link

Since Bjerre started his boycott, he claims to have turned down German and French tourists every day, and has lost at least 50,000 kroner (U.S. $7,800) because of a drop in business and from vandalism to the shop's front.

Good. Serves him right for being a complete dumbass. It's not like any of the people he turned away have any kind of say in their government's policies toward the "war" in Iraq.

If he was clever, which I suspect he isn't, he would ban the members of the French and German Government, as these countries never had a referendum, so the people had little input.

Some perspective beyond the www.slaphershesfrench.com mentality would not go amiss from all other countries.

Maybe he should give a lifetime ban on blacks too? I mean they did rebel against that whole slavery thing. He could have some black guy slathering pizza sauce on his pizzas for free.

Twat.

Because I don't like Jacques.

Lol, my mistake! I take it back. Thought you were just picking a French name, not having a go at Chirac, who is a 24 carat c0ckmuncher.

My bad.

Wow, this thread is back from the dead! :Q You can imagine my wonderment when I saw my Inbox flowing with replies from here...

Too bad on the pizzaria owner, but it doesn't serve him right. He didn't necessarily do the right or wrong thing- just something funny for PR. :D
