IIRC, all US cars built since 1967 had seat belts. With a 500 cu inch engine there is very little need for a manual transmission.

The only functional problem I can see with the car is that it may need leaded fuel. You would need to replace the heads for it to be happy running non-leaded gasoline.

The suicide doors on that puppy would have more character than that of the entire car that you posted.
