i love it

if only it had a column manual shift, instead of the automatic. then i'd be definitely trying my best to get to it irl.

but it's a caddy 😉

mileage isnt a real issue for me, i know i'd get about 10 mpg with this car 😛

i just want a car that i can do something with. cadillacs just lend themselves to customization, with a huge interior space, and a nice classic history 🙂

They are big, do not handle or stop very well, it is hard to find parking for them, they are old, and the seats are not that comfortable.

that's why it's a project car.

you can do a lot with them. like upgrade the brakes. and suspension.

and i'm sure the seats are more comfortable than my camry's. 🙂

A kid at my school has a car exactly like that, except its baby blue. It's such a pimp ride...but I remember when he got it he tried telling people that it had "502 Horsepower." We finally broke it to him that it was his engine displacement and not horsepower 😉

it's not ricing it up, it's functional improvements.

same as would be adding a supercharger to the engine.

with rebuilt everything, and a supercharger on the engine, that car would cruise 😀

at least he has more torque than anyone else 😛

meh, baby blue. even with this color, i'd probably paint it right off. not sure what to. i dont like vinyl tops, that's one thing wrong.. so i'd probably take off the trim around that, peel off the vynil top, and paint over all that.

Looking at that car I think of a pimp, and I know a lot of people have the same impression. And not like "Damn, dogg, that thing is fly pimp, yo!" But like "Ah, look at that greasy frigging pimp."

i'm sure it wouldnt be too hard to find one.

hey, it's only money.

i would have to pull off the wheelwell trim, though. that always looked dumb to me.

still havent decided what color i'd paint it.

why don't you buy it first then you could tell us all about it

i'm sure it'd be cheap as hell to insure. only problem... er.. aside from the vinyl top and the auto tranny .. is there's no seat belts. 😕

I'll believe it when I see it. No offense but I've seen just about every shade-tree mechanic here say "I'll just turbo it" or "I'll just supercharge it" and I have never seen any of them do it.

alright, i wasnt exactly serious about supercharging it. but with 500 cu inches, there's lots of potential. 😀

caddy's suck.

but i'm a rice boi in love with civics, and though a caddy could probably humiliate my civic i'd still enjoy seeing/driving my car more.
