Most convictions of traffic offenses, such as hit and run, reckless driving, and driving under the influence (DUI) will remain on your record for 7 years from the violation date and count as 2 points.

2001 was a very bad year for me. I received 2 reckless driving tickets at the age of 21 (speeding 100mph on both occasions). Once in a 94 camry and an Enterprise rent-a-car (01' saturn ?) Anyways ive kept clean since then and lost some weight on my right foot ;) In all seriousness I was wondering if I could do community service or anything that would enable me to clear my record quicker. Insurance is kicking me in the ass right now.

...Enterprise rent-a-car.....

Man tell me about it.....Until Monday, I had been using a Chrysler Sebring from them. MY GOD. I was NOT used to a semi-powerful v6(?) and an AUTO tranny with no passengers. I was FLYING in that thing from start to finish. I was actually quite elated when I got my own car back from the body shop.

ME + RENTAL CAR = DEAR LORD WATCH OUT!#&*$)#@$!

I was never in any accidents, but here's the problem: I am quite good at adjusting to a car fairly quickly. I was oing so many manuevers that I was was amazed daily at my abilities

= lucky bastid.
