Jessica, 162 pounds, proudly recalls a Diamond Rio concert last summer where she was able to fit in the seat and cross her legs, two things she couldn't do before.
Isn't this an .mp3 player manufacturer?

it's a country western music group.

Its HARDLY a miracle cure.

1. Gastric bypass has been proven to lower bone density, which in women spells almost certain osteoporosis.
2. You can't eat normally anymore. You have to constantly feed yourself throughout the day like a Gerbil. You look like a retard at a restaurant out with friends because you are full after eating a bowlfull of lettuce.
3. Forget drinking. See #2
4. You lose weight so rapidly that you look like a mess - its tremendously catabolic which explains why they have layers of loose skin and look flabby. If you read the article, they now have to to fork up over $30k to cut off the loose skin.

I'd rather use methamphetamine or something to lose weight. I'm not going to bypass my stomach.

can anyone find some pictures of loose skin. its really cool.

i think the whole thing is bullsh*t. why are people too lazy and careless to exercise and to watch what they eat is beyond me. I have no respect for people who get this kind of surgery, you gotta man up and get things done yourself! what the hell are you gonna do with 1/4th of a stomach?

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Trust me on this you really don't.

Eat from a thimble, never be able to eat properly to build muscle, and remain "skinny-fat" for the rest of your life?

No, you eat multiple meals a day - which is better for your body whether you're fat or not.

I got a call last week from a former co-worker telling me that one of our clients died from gastric bypass surgery. He had surgery in the morning and died that night of a heart-attack.

He was in his mid to late 50's and must have been 300+ pounds. But he was a NICE, NICE guy. Just got married over the summer (for the first time actually) to a woman from high society (she's the aire to some multi-million dollar fortune). He (was) loaded himself as he ran a funeral home in town (oh the irony) and was very big into real estate.

I must have worked on his (and her computer) dozens of times and have been to his house on numerous occasions to help him out with his wireless network.

It really hit me when I found out that he died b/c I really considered him a friend even though he "just a client"

Exactly, look at the human factor...

some people have it real easy, some don't. Overeating is no different then say, excessive smoking, drug use, computer use, drinking, etc. Each has their different outcomes, but it still remains a compulsive behavior. The problem with being that size is that you really can't just "jump" into it...the same reason why a smoker tries to quit several times, or maybe a crackhead keeps going to rehab.

hmm...she kissed him on the lips before the surgery and turned her face afterward.

Looks like she's gonna be dumping him now that she's "svelte"

😉

Theres a lot of loose skin that needs to be lobbed off and tightened up before she can become svelte.

wow, interesting read! Not something I'd ever want to go through, but I can imagine why some ppl would see the necessity. I know quite a few 300+ lb ppl. They try hard, but can never seem to get their weight down. most of them don't even intake that terribly much, their metabolism just seems to be next to nothing!

oh, and NFS4, it's Heir, not Aire 😉
