One plastic surgeon in Miami says Anderson looks like she takes good care of her skin and that gives her a youthful and healthy look.

Other cosmetic surgery experts have gone on to say that if you look at a recent photo of Anderson, her face does not appear to be smooth and wrinkle-free. Her face wrinkles up when she smiles, and her laugh lines become more apparent. Her face shows no evidence of being pulled or stretched, as is the case after a person has undergone some facial or cosmetic surgery. Her lips do not appear to be any plumper, ruling out any collagen injections she may have been rumored to have.

Whether or not Gillian Anderson has had any plastic surgery remains a mystery, as she has never confirmed nor denied publicly ever undergoing any procedure. Inquiring minds are left to draw their own conclusions.

If she did get work done, she found some good doctors. She looked great in Hannibal -- older but very good.

As long as she doesn't do a Meg Ryan. Meg probably would have aged very well.
