blackberry to check home mail might not be that easy or rather convenient, you may have to setup a server and stuff IIRC, if you are looking at the treo 700p, get chatter mail for palm, its push capabilites are fantastic, it works with most imap servers, you dont need special server like outlook server 2003 etc. i use it daily.
