I always use 10w30, because I believe you can't go wrong with a medium weight oil.

I dont like the thought of really thin oils protecting my engine, when a medium weight, slightly thicker oil shouldn't hurt it at all.
 
dont worry, my car seems to specifiy 0w-30 (haynes manual says this) and well, try finding 0w-30 anywhere up here. i can find 5w-30 so i buy that, just slightly thicker when cranking is all.
