I paid my credit card using online banking. The money was deducted from my bank account, but never made it to my CC account. As for the cell phone, I had to exchange my cell a while back, so $200 was RMA money. The were supposed to deposit it back on on account. Well, that didn't happen.

Both bank and AT&amp;T are &quot;investigating&quot; right now. I do have confirmation numbers, and everything. The money shouldn't be lost, but I'd feel much safer when it's deposited to my account.
