So I'm in the mood for some junk food, and I just went to the vending machine in my office.
I see a package of twinkies which I haven't had in a LONG time so I decide to get some.
I put in my $.65, hit the buttons and just as the package is falling I catch a glimpse of the wrapper. The are not regular twinkies but King Kong themed fvcking BANANA twinkies!!

I absolutely HATE anything banana flavored. So pissed because now I'm really wanting a twinkie.

Damn you Mr. vending machine guy and your non-standard twinkies! Damn you to hell!!

Yup. Probably got them for less than regular Twinkies and made the same money as he would have had they been regular. He tricked you....
 
I think that banana-flavored Twinkies just perpetuate the stereotypes of Monkey-Americans and is offensive.

Twinkies are one of those things that look a lot tastier than they are. About 2-3 times a year I'll buy a package because they look so delicious, forgetting how lame they are.

That is true. They changed the flavor during the Banana shortage of WWII. They were also only five cents a package then.
 
Save those banana Twinkies and pass them down to your kids in twenty years they will still taste the same as they would have today! 🙂

I read "Twinkie" and that was it, I had no idea there was any other variety in existence! 😛
 
My vending guy pulled the rug on me, with the tangy Mike & Ike. Had 'em for a week, and ain't seen 'em since! :frown:
