I've been looking for a job and the only places I've come up with are the retail chains(BestBuy, Borders etc..) I hate this online Unicru application shit. Everywhere requires it and its so bullshit, wtf happened to just walking in doing an application and getting an interview? I haven't gotten a scheduled interview yet and i think it's cause of the personality tests...is there a way to beat them?
