Damn you subway

:|I purchased a large roast beef sandwich on wheat for lunch today and there is barely any roast beef (like 4 thin slices). Its supposed to be piled on thick like the joint next to my work place has it. Taste more like a saladwich.

Yeah Subway definitely skimps on the meat and cheeses. Just tell them to put more on when they're making it.

A 12" roast beef sammich from Subway should have 6 slices of roast beef, folded in half. That makes it look (and taste) a little thicker. If you want a sandwich with a ton of meat on it from a chain, go to Quiznos - but you'll pay for it.

They're supposed to charge you extra for extra meat and cheese. You might get lucky and get someone who doesn't care, or they might charge you (I think it's an extra $1 for double meat on a 6" and $2 for double meat on a 12". Double cheese is cheaper).

They charge $2 extra (Total was like $7 something). I usually just get an 8" at my local shop for $5.25.

How much meat by weight does Subway put on their subs ? I mean the official amount there's suppose to be. Anyone really know ?

I think a Wendy's Junior bacon cheesburger might have more meat.
