Damn you Dell!!!!

I found a good deal on this camera from Dell and was able to get it for $304 after all was said and done about $100 less than most other places, that fine and cool, so I want to get it in time for the up coming 3 day weekend so I pay for the next day shipping at an additional $12, no biggie there either.

I check the order status today (ordered last night) and it says Estimated Ship Date: 9/13/05!!! WTF!?!?!??! No where at all did it ever say that it was not available for immediate shipment!!!! Screw you Dell!!

So I called them and they said "It's not a Dell product, blah blah blah" and I got them to refund me the shipping cost and they're still going to give me next day shipping once it's available.


Man I was really looking forward to getting this camera too

Hey, at least you got your problem sorta fixed. A lot of people get screwed royally by being passed from CSR to CSR.

typically you see ship dates like that, and the product ships out within a week.
