I tried to call BellSouth about my DSL, <too high price $40 for 1.5MB, static noise, losing connection daily, sometime even several times a day, ect.>.

After on get throught the maze and on hold, I got **due to technical difficulty, we can't help you now, please CALL BACK OTHER TIME, GOOD BYE****

MONOPOLY is suck, I want Comcast/SBC/hell anyone would be better than just Bellsouth and Cox cable.

what's wrong with Cox? My friend pays like 60 bucks for 15/2

when i was down south and had bellsouth DSL 1.5 mbps down for about $30, the customer service was acutally decent. YMMV, but I would call them and threaten to leave, we did it a few times and they gave us whatever the new initiative was to sign up. We got 6 months at 15.99 or something.

You have to pay extra for cable tv if you want broadband, you can't just pay only for broadband. Plus we can'get Cox here yet, this area is too new for them <no cable lines yet>.
 
bellsouth is better than comcast

i call them for support and they sounded nice, even if they're from india
bellsouth doesn't have any download monthly limit, comcast does

how u pay $40 for 1.5? i think they drop it to 32 or something, i pay $37 for 3.0mb + tax = $40

comcast is horrible
