Damn, when is it?

So I just built a really nice new computer, and wanted a brand spankin new video card for it instead of the 5200 ultra I had in my previous desktop. We've been waiting forever for these paper launched video cards...anyone have any real concrete idea WHEN we'll see them in the channels?

I finally gave up today and went to Best Buy and bought a BFG 5900xt. Maybe I'll exchange it when the new cards come out...but I'm sick of waiting.

you can get the x800pro, the x800xt, even or the 6800u, although the 6800u is in short supply at this moment

Not in great supply, but I can buy an x800pro in Canada, and I did have a chance to buy an X800xt, but I was too frugal for either. Actually there seems to be a fair number of x800pros (not cheap though) - but I do wonder why such a shortage of these new cards? Lots of 9800pros for sale (maybe this is why).
I am waiting for pci, but if it is as slow as these cards, I have a looong wait. :moon:
