At first I thought it was an ASCII picture which was modified into a colour pic using some graphics program. Then I realized the whole thing is in HTML.

Definitely impressive. Gotta wonder what this person does to have fun, though. Too much time...

Ive seen some programs do ASCII art for you from pictures, i think this is something like that for HTML
