ARGGGGGG i'm gonna kill someone stupid SPRINT PCS
So i almost cancelled my plan 2 weeks ago because my phone was lost and what not. so they were like no stay we will give you better plan then anyone else

so i was promised

650 anytime minutes
3000 off peak minutes
500 mobile to mobile minutes
free long distance
and a whole bunch of other sh1t.

Today i check my plan and i have

650 minutes anytime
2000 off peak
NO mobile to mobile
free long distance

So these bastards robbed me of 1500 minutes

I call them, and i'm all nice and stuff, so i'm like well there must have been some mistake.

And the lady was like oh no no mistake. you agreed to this.
I say like hell i did i agreed to what i stated before, and she is like no no, i'm like let me speak to the manager.
That cretin picks up, and he says: Sir i understand we have a problem, i say yes you do. I explain the situation again, he interupts me in the middle of the sentance and says sir, you are wrong you agreed to what we gave you. I say no, he interupts me and says you signed a one year contract.
I say do you have my signiture, he says we have notes that you agreed to the contract, i'm like do you have a recording of me agreeing to the contract. He says no, i'm like then this verbal contract is null and void. He says no. I say ok who wrote those notes... he interupts i lost it, i scream at him not to interupt me, then i say who wrote these notes he says a sprint pcs employee, i tell him to connect me to her, he says i can not she is in a different call center. I'm like ok one person writes these notes if she tells me 3500 and writes 2000 and i agree to it, i agree to what she is telling me and not writing down. He says sir you don't understand our notes...... etc

i am sooo furious right now,

This contract is null and void, i can cancell it at any time right
or am i missing something

Sucks to be you. I have never had any problems with sprint pcs at all.

If you signed a contract and agreed to the deal, then yes, you are in the contract.

If you say you agreed to one thing and what the analyst wrote down is something else, then dispute this with higher ups in Sprint PCS. If this gets you nowhere, then contact your attorney (you do have an attorney, dont you?) What you don't want to do is not pay your bill since that will look bad on your credit. Also, while you are mad, you really dont need to rant and rave like an animal. Be professional. No offense, but you sound like a punk. Words like "bastards, hell, cretin", and screaming at people are definitely not ways to win friends and influence people, let alone create a persuasive argument to help your situation.

sorry to hear about your experience with sprint
i dunno much about legalities but i think you're in the clear on this one. i gave up on them a long time ago. as soon as my contract expires, im going to AT&T. granted it might be a little more but the service is much much better. hell at least they have some sort of service. My experience with sprint has never been that great
but good luck

In Tx you would have 72 hours after signing to cancel the contract. This is true on all sorts of contracts from autos to cell phones, and some real estate transactions. This is true if you feel the contract has been changed without your consent. Quickly check your state laws and use them to your advantage.

you misunderstood half of what i said,

i never said i called him a creting, i never told him anything about hell, or anything of that sort, i did say that i was nice, right up until the point where that manager interupted me 5 times, at which point i just raised my voice.

And no i signed no contract they don't even have my voice on the recording, which doesn't help me at all :( i wish they did have it, but it also doesn't help them at all since so much for that verbal contract

I just signed up for Sprint and they didn't record my voice and I didn't sign a contract regarding my service.

It doesn't mean I don't have a 1 year contract with them, though.

Could you have at all misunderstood them? Seems like a bad case of miscommunication. I hope you get something resolved.

I had a similar experience with Cingular. I signed a 9 month 'Promotional' Contract, including Unlimited Nights&Weekends (off-peak), 450 Minutes of Peak Time, and Free Internet. 2 Months ago I got a bill w/charges for 'Over Minutes' during off-peak. Luckily I kep very good records, and had my Original Contract handy. It took some ironing out, some arguing, and a month to knock the charges off my bill, but it all worked out, and i got the original plan back to what I was promised. They definately tried to pull a fast one though.
Now if they could only get the Voice Mail to work right, i'd be happy....... :|
