Actually I love that video.

dumb fvck wrote a check he couldn't cash and got his ass beat.

So you would've been all for the guy getting assaulted taking a baseball bat to the kid before getting knocked out, just so he could "write a check his ass could cash"?

That's a bunch of crap. The guy was clearly in no position to retaliate after the first shot to the head. If you've ever been cold-clocked before, or have someone throw a cheap shot at you in a bar, you know the feeling. And this is with a skateboard no less.

Show that video to any jury and you easily have a conviction for assault and battery. Hell, you might even have a case for attempted murder.

and yet it could all have been avoided if douchebag didn't run his mouth.

There's a difference between what people do, and what is legally allowed.

The few fights I've been in have always been just plain old throwing down. Not taking a fvcking weapon to a guys head. There's a huge difference between the damage fists can do, and a fvcking skateboard.
