I'm not even gonna get started.

On what? Are you denying it is illegal? I am not saying it to piss anyone off... personally I think marijuana should be legalized. People have to be aware of risks until things change.

No, get started on the whole marijuana issue. I'm not denying it is illegal, it obviously is, I just cannot find a logical reason WHY. Or lots of other drugs for that matter, but like I said, I'm staying out of the argument. :)

If not, seems they would have to pay him off.

there probably is some drug-related clause, otherwise i'm sure there's something in there about illicit activities.

Moral Turpitude clause.

It's one thing if you come to work high, but it does not matter if you do it on your own time.

That's why I absolutely despise drug tests. They're such a blatant invasion of privacy, it's sick.

Who said it was?

It was probably a general morality clause. Basically if he did anything anyone deemed illegal or immoral he could be released from his contract.

The messed up thing is that his character was definitely a "stoner", yet the company fires him when they find out that he smokes pot. I mean come on, the Dell Dude was like Spicoli in Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
