Damn neighbor lets his dogs roam the neighborhood....

So im at my parents for the weekend, and they have this annoying neighbor two doors down... This is Florida mind you, so the houses arent all that incredibly far apart (1/4-1/2 acre lots).

Months ago, his favorite thing to do was play with his "race car" in his driveway. Reving the engine, peeling out down the street, usually either around 8am or 9pm at night....

Anyway, he finally sold the car, but i guess he had to find something else to annoy all the other neighbors. He now lets his two dogs (mini poodle and full standard poodle) roam the neighborhood for hours at a time. They run through the backyards barking at all the dogs in the screened in patios and stiring up trouble. I just had to grab my dog (who was going crazy trying to play with them), bring him inside, and get out the hose to get them away. They were jumping up on the screen and scratching at it.

Any good ideas?

Check the city ordnances. You could very well be justified in calling the pound, or shooting them yourself.
