Only a couple of years ago I was listening to R&B and Hip Hop, but has really sucked lately.

Now I'm into guitar and drums, and just recently started listening to Default, Incubus, and now Hoobastank.

Can anyone recommend other bands in the same music genre?
 
the change for me happened about 4 or 5 years ago and i'm really happy about it 😉

Check this guy out though, really good songs with really good lyrics.

And Swollen Memebers are another rising band. Some good stuff from them also

Awesome. I'm the exact same way. Except I got neutral w/the R&B/Hip Hop a few years back...now I can't stand it
