Aye. He pretty much knew the rules when I got going with the pot.

As it stands, though, tobacco and marijuana should probably both be either legal or illegal. Pot has crazy side-effects (long term synapse damage), and cigarettes have a cumulative carcinogenic effect. Both are not good, and should probably be treated equally. (This coming from a semi-regular smoker.)

So, my sympathies about the system being a bit out of whack... but not really about law enforcement doing its job and busting your friend. 😛

if thats the case he coudl fight it and get off, with just cort/lawyer fees, if hes under 21 it can be removed from his record if he pleas out, happened to a friend of mine

not saying he shouldent have been busted but Pot laws very widly from state to state, i got cought with nearly 30 grams 4 years ago and just had to pay a fine,

bro got busted by us boarder patroll coming back from canada into the US, in NH or VT, had like an eaith, he had to pay a fine or get arrested right then and there, he paied it on the spot and went on with his day
