I have an intellimouse explorer and it broke. I have been lazy and i have wiated 4months or so to do something. I went to the microsoft website and couldn't find a 800 number for technical support any one know a pn i can use to call?
 
I think I remember nfs4 having to deal with MS support about a mouse too. They let him keep his old mouse and they sent him a new one.

You should send him an email, I'm sure he knows what to do.
