If you remember my post from long time ago, there is a stupid inconsiderate b!tch that walks the dog without a leash and let him sh!t on a planting strip right in front of my house. That jerk lives in a enclosed apt. and I dunno which unit she lives so it's hard to report him. My parents contacted the city and we were told the County Animal Control would handle leash issues, Health dept. handles crap issues, city/police handles trespassing and nuisane conduct. Before they can do anything, they need some evidence or witnesses.. I almost caught that bastard on camera, but it was too dark. I'm go around and talk to neighbors if they'll be witnesses and next time I'm gonna get that b!tch on camera.

Dog owners who can't responsibily pickup after their dog and walk them with leash shouldn't be allowed to own dogs. I really hope animal control would confiscate her dog.
 
There is a neighbor who walks his dog near us and sometimes it craps in our yard. Once I confronted himm and asked what he was doing and he said "My dog is taking a sh!t" as if that were a perfectly normal thing to say when someone is 15 feet onto your grass. My landlord's daughter and I had planned to go squat on his porch and do the same, but we chickened out.
 
Next time she walks her dog sneak up behind her with a bat and start wailing on her, then kick the dog in the head and throw it down the sewer. That will teach her never to let the dog poop in your yard again. 😕

Had her apartment not have secured entrance I'd so picked up that sh!t with a shovel and smashed it against her door step. I better find out what she drives so I can abandon the crap right by her driver's door. If all goes well, she'd step in it, gets in her car unnoticed and when she notice the smell it's all over her floor mats 😀😀
