Its almost May and its raining good in So.Cal..

Its sure nice to have some rain, but why today... when they were expecting it tommorow?

I gave back my school parking permit thinking its not going to rain (I had a temporary parking permit) and since i got the bike and the bike doesnt need a permit I didnt care.

This is going to royally suck!!!!

Oh well we will ride the bike over..

I just rode through the rain here myself (Irvine). I love the rain, but only when it happens around my busy schedule 🙂

That's pretty funny . . . how long have you lived in SoCal? I'm amazed when they get it right . . . Anyway, it's even raining in Palm Springs which is awesome since the year-to-date (July1 - today) is less than 1/3 of an inch total (and only about 3 inches for LA - the driest year, so far EVER on record in over 100 years).

It just looks like that cutoff-Low just decide to move onshore early. Do your own weather forecast from the 'net . . . Here is the current Intellecast Radar loop for PS which covers all of SoCal

Hawaii, on the other hand got a "normal" Winter - I remember 12 inches overnight on Oahu in January. Rain in S.Cali, I'll take all we can get. 🙂

Not today.. not in this freaking weather. I dont mind streets but freeways in the rain.. with lousy so.cal drivers.. that's a no-no for me.

We can try schedule somethign this weekend. I will PM the rest of the gang of So.Cal riders.

We got to do the "First Ever So.Cal ATOT Bike Meet".. I started it a while back but its time to restart it with a new post.

Yeah I'm down to ride.... I live behind the Orange Curtain though, in Irvine. You guys ride road bikes or MTB? I only really ride from my research lab and back (grad school). I know some other guys around here that ride trails, but they are a little too aggo for me 🙂
