If they have the proper permits and conform to your local noise ordinances then what are the police going to do?

I'm sure it's annoying though.

I highly doubt they have a permit to make this kind of noise at 6:20 on a Sunday morning.

UPDATE: I called them. They apologized, said they didn't know the guys would be there so early. They blamed it on the contractor. They promised it won't happen again and begged me not to call the police.

7 AM on Friday is annoying, but I think it's different than 6:20 Sunday morning.
