DAMN! how to save Yahoo Webcam streaming videos?

I meant you guys can empathize with a fellow comp geek drooling over a hot girl.

So does yahoo save the web cam videos to a temp directory like quicktime used to do? or is there a program that records what's on you screen to a high quality (but small file size) video?
 
There's no link - she's just a girl playing with her cam. She did a little naughty show for me and I want to be there to record it next time. And if you guys help, I'll send out the video (with her permission of course).
