You forget, the princess bride is on the dawn of recorded history for most of ATOT. I always wondered how many posters saw the original Star Wars when it was released in the theaters.
 
Also, technically the comic is wrong, Wesly's character admits there is nothing to the pirate other than issue. She could have reasons for argument that he steals and never tried to contact her until now, but as for killing, that wasn't the case.

A lot of youngin's out there have never even seen yet alone heard of this movie.

Regarding the topic, the inscription inside my wife's ring is "As you wish", so... yeah.
And for those wondering, it will finally be out on Blu-Ray 3/17.
 
It doesn't matter when the movie came out, everyone has seen it and it's still the best movie ever.

I deal with youngin's every day. Almost all of them have seen Princess Bride.
