I had a roommate like that once. She was just awful. I had a sub from subway one time and there were a couple onions left in the paper. She freaked out because she could smell them in the trash. Don't even get me started on the banana incident.

What'd you do?

There's a reason he's not mentioning the "banana incident" ;)

Was there a banana in his pocket?

I have to admit, I chuckled when your rice tasted like Glade.

But yes, she's a freak and needs to be shot in the chest with some rock salt.

What a b1tch of a roommate. You should take that glade plugin and dump the oil all over the fabrics of her room (and then moan a lot about how it smells so bad in her room).

The question is... would she survive it? :Q

I could understand the catfish since I am assuming you made it "asian" style, that is, smelly.

But potroast? That's All American. What is her problem? What ethnicity is she?

I could understand if you cooked with a lot of garlic or used curry, but seriously, just a pot roast? Your room mate is trash.

P.s. quit with powdered onions and use real ones!

My catfish was pan fried catfish, definitely NOT asian style. She's white. From Minnesota. I really don't understand her fvcking issue. Not to mention the fact that apparently she prefers the overpowering smell of artificial chemical odors versus *normal* cooking.

I'll admit. At first I thought that it may have been my cooking. Perhaps the pressure cooker made it smell weird. But then my friend came over and immediately identified the smell as pot roast without me even telling him what I was cooking.

Bah, we only have the end of the semester, then she's gone forever. Good riddance.

EDIT: No pics. Despite being a hardcore amateur photog, I've never taken a picture of her. Just absolutely no reason to. Or desire. Or the correct time and place considering we don't even talk to each other.

So you cook mostly American food. What the heck is her problem. Have you ever tried a roundhouse kick?

No, OP already stated he would rather uppercut her into the ceiling.
