Alright, so I've been working on getting around $600 in extra, easily spendable cash so that I could buy a Sony Clie, NR70V. I know it wouldn't cost 600, but we'll jsut say that for sake of argument.
However...
I'm a big fan of airsoft guns, as some of you may know. I own an insane amount of gas blow backs, yet no electric rifles.
Western Arms, basically THE premo airsoft manufacturer, just released an absolutely BEAUTIFUL Para-Ordinance .45 model...something I've always wanted. The review seems extremely positive, and full metal slides are also availible for $100 per slide.
I've been thinking heavily about getting two .45 model guns, getting metal slides and a New York quick draw-style holster, and having a Nicholas Cage-esqe. get-up from Face/Off after painting both guns shiny gold (don't worry, it's possible and fairly easy+durable). This would cost me $165(gun)x2 + $105(slide)x2+shipping = About $570. Almost the same price for the NR...
But yet ANOTHER thing is thrown into the fray. Classic Army, a manufacturer of full metal, full-auto electric airsoft rifles, just released a new model of their own! The Full Metal M4A1 Carbine. I've been waiting for this one for about 2 years now. This sucker would cost me: $235(gun), + about $60(extra mags) + about $75(battery and charger) + about $40 in shipping = $410.

Sony Clie:
Pros: It's a nice palm, has a Mp3 player, skinnable graffiti area, digital camera, built in keyboard, etc...all which blows away my current Palm, the Sony S300, even though I have basically every top-end accessory availible. Very nice screen, etc. I've been drooling over this for months on end.
Cons: Handhelds loose an insane amount of their value quickly, and if I drop this sucker, I'm SOL. It's fairly fragile, to add to that. In addition, I've been looking at cell phones, and if Sony comes out with what is basically the Nr70 with a built in cell phone(they have the add on, but it's bulky and expensive), it will be almsot the same price as the current one...and that is what I really want anyway. However, I've been tearing my hair out beause I want both the digi-cam, mp3 player, keyboard and the like...but I am paranoid. :Q

Dual Western Arms airsoft .45s
Pros: KICKASS guns, best manufacturer that I could hope for, great performance, something I've been hoping would happen. End product = :Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q:Q
So cool they make me want to crap my pants.
Cons: Most likely the most expensive and time consuming choice of these 3, and yet ANOTHER expensive gas gun with EXPENSIVE upkeep(gas for usage of this gun = $40 and up for two bottles. :frown
as well as the fact that you HAVE to use only the best quality, and new (no reusing BBs) BBS for this gun. I still cannot use this as a primary in an airsoft fight.

Classic Army M4A1 Carbine- Full Metal
Pros: Looks like a great gun, full metal and heavy, durable, great design, LOTS of upgrades availible, and would be a primary gun so skirmishing is more suitable. Also, I don't have to buy gas like the above guns, and can just use a rechargable battery.
Cons: This is a new gun and I don't know how it will hold up, and won't know for several months until some people have had ample chances to play with it extensively, review it, and give me a choice of opinions. Classic Army is known for releasing one good gun with some problems, then waiting a while and redoing the gun to make it much better in a 2.0 model...however, this gun was delayed a LONG time because Classic Army said they were trying to make it one of their best, and matching their V2.0 Mp5 series in quality. If I spend 400 bucks and up on a gun, and they come out with a better one next year...me = pissed.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, what do you all think? I might add more things to the list for choosing from...
Why not just come up with $600 more? Well...I might, but cash isn't exactly easy to come by. I will, more than likely, own more than one of these choices eventually, I'm trying to decide what to buy win the next couple of months.
