Dammit, an online purchase gone bad

Okay... so there was this early 80's song by a bar band I wanted.
I could only find it at one place.

This is the CD

I received my order today and the CD case contains no CD.

I have a bad feeling that the store will not beleive me.
The only good thing is that I paid by credit card and can dispute this with them
if needed.

Think the store will beleive me? Damn this bites.

The CD was never released...they just got around to releasing the case. Laziness on their part....blame them...
