I have a Radeon 64MB, and it has been running at 185/185 for since I got it.
Last night I overclock it to 190/195, then I got some visual artifacts, so I lowered the clock to 185/190, for some time everything seems runs fine, but then today when I play NFS 5, I get some artifacts again, so I lowered the clock back to where it was at... same thing... does it mean my RAM is damaged??

Sounds like it might be. Still under warranty? I think my Elsa Gladiac has a 3 year warranty not sure about the Radeons.

No, it's probably just that ambient (or case) temperature rose. How many case fans do you have, and where are they positioned?
