Can overclocking the CPU and Ram only by frequency, not by voltage damage?
The temperature is OK and everything else is fine too.

But it's not going to be instant death in all probability. It's just making the CPU work a bit harder, like driving your car @80 rather than @70. Will it reduce the lifespan of the chip? Yes, will it cause your CPU to die in a month rather than seven years? Probably not.
