Dallas Police Chief speech was racist?

My theory is that the author has a lot of student debt, looks at the world and sees people like Rush Limpbrow getting ahead and says to herself, fuck it, why not me.

For example, without your ass-uptight post, I would have never clicked that link, or her bio info. Shame on you.
