To start things off, most experts agree Dallas had the best, if not one of the best drafts this year. Having three picks in the first 46 doesn't hurt.
On top of that, they signed Anthony Henry and Aaron Glenn at CB, Marco Rivera at guard, Jason Fergusen at DT, Drew Bledsoe at QB(not great but better than Testaverde), Anthony Thomas at RB(JJ is still the starter, with Thomas and 4th round pick Barber as backups, not a bad backfield). To top it off, injuries to key players last year(Campbell, Glenn, Hunter) are healed.
They still could use a dominant threat at WR, RT is still undecided, and FS is up in the air(but with Newman, Henry, and Williams at the other three DB spots, still a solid crew).
I'm not saying they're winning the conferance or anything, but they definitely won't be the pushover they've been.
