Your latent homosexuality never ceases to amaze. Just keep biting your lip as you pass by Tiger Beat magazine at the drugstore, you'll make those feelings go away eventually.

After watching The Daily Show & Colbert Report non-stop for many years, I had to quit watching them when they turned all their Bush hatred onto McCain & began using their show as a non-stop Obama campaign outlet.

When Saturday Night Live satires politics, at least there is truth behind what they do. Stewart ran out of material a long time ago and has been relying a lot on audience ignorance to make many of his jokes work.

I haven't watched either of them in roughly 2 months.

I like the Daily Show, but ever since the election, the fire's gone out of his eyes. Lack of content is probably a factor, and also lack of audience response at the digs he takes at liberals. The piece on how blacks can now participate in condescending liberal guilt went over like boiled ass.

Agreed. It will be interesting to see what he's able and willing to do once the new presidency begins.

I stopped watching when Steven Colbert, Rob Corddry, and Ed Helms left. IMO, they were what really made the show good.

Jon Stewart is a funny guy, but those three above and their fake news stories is what made the Daily Show amazing.

They can try and change the numbers to save themselves, but it's too late

Wow. In your mind, is that supposed to win? I mean, it's a pretty common tactic that if you have nothing substantive, insult your opponent to attempt to make them seem like they're the idiot.

So don't watch it.

Yeah Stewart is funny, but for the past couple of months, his pecker sucking of Obama was a turn off. So haven't been watching. I have recorded the post election shows but haven't had a chance to watch them.

Still watch every Colbert episode :)

The show can disappear for you, all you have to do is change the channel. Amazing, the show is no longer on! And there is much rejoicing!!

Yeah, the OP really has some insight into this...

You can wipe Obama's crap off your nose now and get ready for four years of Obama/Biden jokes

as long as there are politicians, there will be daily show

Colbert will probably get better now that he can pretend to be outraged at a dem president. He'll likely listen to Hannity radio during the day and then just repeat verbatim for his show.

Blasphemy! Daily Show is wonderful as a news outlet for those of us less serious than the masses watching cnn.

I still watch Daily Show and Colbert, however I don't catch them both nightly.

The recent Daily Show interview with the guy from Role Models was fucking awesome. And he has made a few funny jokes at Obama's expense. I do agree there is some bias there, but time will tell.

Won't Colbert just get funnier? I mean, he's supposed to be making fun of "insert any Fox News anchor here", and I do believe angry anchor is funnier than "anchor blindly supporting government," right?

Wow, good call. I was going to try to convince him of the error of his ways, but now I won't bother.
