I usually carry around one of these.

I also like to carry a tin foil hat, wallet, keys, and a cell phone.
 
Phone (Incredible)
Car Keys
Keys with Flash drive (Keep them separate because I have a bunch of works keys on there that I hate carrying all the time)
Wallet
Small Kershaw Chive (Useful at work and for general purposes. Probably not much good for protection)

I would love to reduce the things I carry. Dislike carrying a flash drive, but it's very useful at work. And I hate carrying 7 different keys for work, but I've tried leaving them at the office and always forget them till i'm already at a remote location that I need them and have to go back.

Wallet
Keys
Benchmade Mini Griptilian OR Kershaw Chive
Maratac AA flashlight (soon to be replaced with HDS Ra Clicky or whatever their new light is thats coming out next month)
Crappy cell phone
Piranha Pockettool from PockettoolX.com ( I love that thing )


In my backpack or Specs Ops S.O.B, Maxpedition EDC Organizer:



Contains:
Gerber multitool
Fisher space pen
Titanium spork
First aid kit and latex gloves in front slot pocket
Sansa MP3 w/headphones
lighter ( I don't smoke, for general purpose)
Spare battery for Maratac AA
Maratac AAA light
Benchmade field sharpener
6 foot yank of paracord
3x5 notebook and short ruler/scale
Super shears go in front slot pocket
 
Pretty simple, clean, and minimalist. 10 rounds is enough for off duty carry, why do people carry extra mags? going to war with a rival gang anytime soon? LOL.

No camera right now so.

Key ring in the front left pocket, with house key, 2 car keys, little flashlight thing, 8 gig flash drive wrapped in CANADA hockey tape to keep it together.

Wallet in the back left, black leather bi-fold

Phone in the front right, Samsung Wafer

I'm not huge in carrying stuff in the pockets, I generally try to stick to low profile things so people only want to focus on the bulge that matters.
 
What's in my pockets:

-Keys with leatherman micra (very useful) and a LED light (need to replace dead battery)
-Samsung Flight (poor man's smartphone)
-MP3 player (either ipod touch or sandisk clip)
-Wallet

Sorry no pictures as I don't have a micro-sd card adapter on me. 😛 Maybe later if I remember?

edit - sometimes i'll carry a knife (Gerber knife) if I'll be in a sketchy area
