Wicked looking bike, but tell him to BE CAREFUL, 650cc is a crapload of power for a noob on a sports bike IMHO.

It's not an inline 4. It's a parallel twin, like the smaller ninjas. 60hp, i believe.
 
My dad has ridin' in for about 10 years in India where traffic and drivers are much worse, so he has some exp. behind him. He just hasn't been riding for a long time. He's being really cool about it, and gonna let me ride it too. We both signed up for the MSF course already. I'll prolly end up riding it more than him.

Edit-I've been looking at Harley's lately...think I might wind up with a Sportster in the next couple months.
