Do what most of us do and read and when there is no TP you use what you are reading and that alone is why paper will never become obsolete until we invent the three sea shells system.

When times get touch you have to be inventive. A sock, a towel, the floor mat, shower curtains, a tissue pulled out of the trash. You gotta be resourceful.
