There were two different angles. On one, his knee was down before the ball started moving. Then, his knee came back up, the ball bobbled a bit, he pulled it back in, and then his elbow hit the ground and loosened his grip. AFTER he hit the ground, the Bear's defender put enough pressure on the tip of the ball to cause it fall completely out.

I have no dog in this fight. I'm just telling you what I said -- as I am not cheering for either team. I rewound it and reviewed it with my HD Tivo about 10 times. It wasn't a fumble, and there WAS indisputable evidence of that.

I don't care what Radio Stations are saying in Chicago no more than what stations in NOLA are saying. Both will be biased.

You should watch it again. His knee went down BEFORE the ball moved, then his knee came back up, the ball moved, then he went down AGAIN and the ball came out due to a combination of the ground and the player hitting the tip of the ball.

I completely agree with the announcer....saints should've come out running instead of make Brees try to force it...

in the past couple of games, bears run D looked weak and the saints should've come in to today's game to first try to exploit that weakness...instead, they try to gun it and look what's happening.

i don't think its the cold. more of a case of a ****** field.

I am also suprised they are not running it more. the last few games it seemed like the bears could nto stop the run (up the middle anyway).
