D5 OK at setting 3?

3x alphacool UT60 360 rads, one 1080ti with EK block and 6800K with EK block. 1/2" ID tube. I've been at setting 5 but figured I'd reduce sound a little and go with setting 3. Should I expect worse cooling performance?
 
So I did an experiment. Setting 1 vs 5, CPU temp increases 2-3c and GPU temp increases 3c. I put them under load and turned the speed dial and I could see the temps instantly go up and down 2-3c. I am leaving it on setting 1 for now with all the fans at the slowest for maximum silence. Turning fans up combined with faster pump speed increases cooling by about 5c. GPU temps only hit 45c and CPU temps upper 50's, low 60's with everything on low speed, so its all good. Silence is golden. Maybe i'll turn them back up in the summer.
