Im running a ASUS P7P55D PRO with Intel I5 650 OC to 3.7ghz, ASUS TOP GTX 460 1gb, 4gb ram, Seagate Barracuda 7200 and an LG disc drive.

No matter which method I try for booting WoW in D3D11 they will not work.

All gxApi checks from console says "D3D9".

Any Suggestions would be appreciated ! 🙂

Edit the properties of the launcher executable. Change it to:

"C: \Program Files\World of Warcraft\Launcher.exe" -d3d11

Works for me.

I have tried that and it wont work. Ive tried editing the WTF file, that doesnt work either and ive even done the reset in game and that wont work either.

update your drivers? adding the line to my config file worked fine (6870)

could also try googleing or asking on the tech support forums

What's the command in-game to verify it's enabled? Or does just running dxdiag provide the same info?
