I will and I may even add a few more.

I'm hoping that everyone on the team will volunteer to be my "huckleberry".:D

I think I'll also try to make a thread every day updating everyones progress.

We are less than 1000 candidates away from #17. That is only 2 great days or 3 average days away.

In fact, with a few races going on that get the competitive juices going, we might be able to take #15 by the end of the month :Q

Keep on crunchin

Slatz

me needs to look for a few new nodes to assimilate :D

BTW does anyone know how to get the client to run without the icon in the system tray (Windows 98). If I can do that then my brother will let me add his XP 1800+ and Athlon 700.

Probably helps if I actuallly type something in the bug box before I hit enter.... :Q

Im game for a little race.. Bring it on!

As for the icon in the taskbar, as long as its running in the system tray (at the bottom right by your clock) you can just click the X (close) button for the window and it will crunch along quite happily in the background.

Baldy18, I will continue crunching till the cows come home :) If you wanna call it a race Im game.. LOL :) Im hoping to add a couple nodes in the next couple weeks, just have to wait on someone to sell me the goods I need. Im in negotiations for that but he has to aquire some slockets and mod them for Tualatins. If he fails there hell I may just jump on a couple combo deals in the FS forum. I heard thru a user who has 3 nodes running in the top 5 that if you use Linux you get great output, so I hope to run the new nodes on Linux to help out the team as much as possible. My dream is to add 4 nodes in time.

So lets keep up the paces and beat Baldy to 5000!

Anyone know who rmccask is and what his disposition is with D2OL now?

Sounds great mastertech01. I call it a race because that draws peoples attention and D2OL could use some more peoples attention.:)

Looks like we have 5 people ready to race so far. I'll try to start posting a thread tomorrow night modeled after the ECCP race thread. I may not be able to do it at the same time every night but I'll try my darnedest to post it sometime every night. So about 28 hours from now I'll do the first one.

Looking for more volunteers the more the marrier!

You both better watch your backs! :) Dudleydog73 is ripping through Cands like a 42X CDRW on Clone with steroids! :D

Hey Baldy, maybe it would be nice to post daily highs for individual nodes as well, since some of us blokes only have one.. :)

Hhhmmm...I'm not sure how I would do individual nodes since so many of us have more than one node. Maybe you should assimilate more nodes.;) BTW I added a 5th node tonight but so far 3 of them are splitting time with SETI.

OK, You got me.. :) Assimulated.. hope it helps a bit, its only a PIII 800. I guess even if it does 15 a day that helps.. :) And contributes to the race too. :)

Hey thats faster than 3 of my 5 rigs that are currently running D2OL. It beats out my P2 400, P3 450, and P3 500. However, it doesn't beat my P3 933@1000 and XP 1800+.:D However the 933@1000 and 500 will be splitting their time with SETI.

Before you get all excited, this is a rogue solo mission for an indeterminant amount of time. When my teammates discover what I've done, it may not be pretty.

Great to see some races across a lot of the DC projects!! Makes it twice as fun that's for sure! :D
