D2OL: My client keeps stopping all processing

The last couple of times I've run D2OL, it's stopped processing without warning. In fact, it's impossible to tell it's not processing until I look at Task Manager and see System Idle Process getting 99%.:|

The first time I noticed it it had stopped in the initial Grid calculating stage, I believe. The second time it was in the middle of a Conformer. Anyone know what could be causing this? I can't run the D2OL client while I can't trust it to keep running.

Edit: It's not a cache issue, either. The first time I had 41 candidates in my cache; the second time I had 91.

Are you using DSpy ?
If so, open DSpy's window and press alt+f and see what it says.
If it says candidate is incomplete and do you want to delete it exit D²OL and select yes.
If that fails, open the D²OL window, take a note of the candidate, ie, nci_110791.aq.sc, exit D²OL, search for the folder containing the candidate and delete it (the folder and it's contents that is).
Hope that helps.

Aha! DSpy! The importance of DSpy needs to be made more clear. One Alt-F and it deleted the two incompletely downloaded conformers. Thanks, Andy! 🙂

Not by me it doesn't 😀
I'm always making references to it. It's a pity that malör doesn't work for Sengent 🙁
