D2OL - Linux install trouble

I'm trying to install the D2OL linux client on one of my Gentoo Linux boxes.
I keep getting this error running the install

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I'd appreciate it. (3 nodes hinge on this)

I used RH8.0 and had no problems... dunno if this is an option for you... if it is, I can burn you the CDs (public distros) and send them to you.

Im using Mandrake just fine as well.. Maybe Gentoo is not compatible?

Hmmmm...I just installed Mandrake 9 last night and d2ol and also didn't have any problems.

It's definitely a java error which makes me wonder if gentoo has a problem with the JRE that comes with the linux install of d2ol.

Try posting this over in their forums.

Thanks guys, I posted my question @ the D2OL forums as well.. If I have to, I have the Mandrake CD's I can try, although I'd rather not have to.
