Get rid of some of those fans. Keep 1 for intake and 1 for exhaust. If you're not OC'ing get rid of the NB fan too. Those little fans make the most noise. If you insist on keeping all those fans get a fan controller.

You don't need hard drive fans... I'd would take them all out and put one intake, one exhaust. And of course leave the two in your PSU... then bam you have only four and your air flow shouldn't be so screwed up. 120mm should definately be considered. also, try to go find a better heatsink/fan combo that isn't as loud. my zalman cnps-9000 cu is great 🙂
